About Us
Mike Larson, "Mikey", has been feeding the people of Crested Butte, Colorado since 1987.  He started by opening the Eldo kitchen in 1987.  That  led to the following: Jeremiah's in Crested Mt. Village, Giovanni's in the Grand Butte (club med), Owned and operated The Gonzo Cafe, in Moab Utah, in 1995.  However Mikey missed Crested Butte so he came back and cooked at Casey's, became a partner and head chef at the Buffalo Grille, which sold and then he opened the Happy Trails Cafe, in the Eldo. Mikey and Mary were married in 2007 and then opened Mikey's Pizza together that same year.   Mike and Mary Larson enjoy skiing, mountain biking, hiking, camping and being outside.
